"My practice involves puppetry; I use the mediums of performance and film. Hands are tools but they can also be materials. I re-form my own hands by attaching prosthetic limbs to my fingers so as to replicate the human figure in motion. They become part hand / part puppet. I appear in the work myself (as the puppet master) so that the performance also becomes about me creating an illusion rather than just the illusion itself. "

Exhibited at Griffin Gallery in Young Gods in January 2016.
