“I investigate ways in which inanimate objects can trigger emotional responses and even hold a sense of presence and life.
I thus attempt to inject 'Life' - from German Leib ‘body’ - into my creations by giving them a body, a soul and a story.
My work aka 'creaptures' - creature-sculptures - share a common triple-stranded DNA:
* The Uncanny - the ghostly, the creepy, the unfamiliar - testing life
* The Origin - roots, beginnings, etymologies - coming to life
* The Contact - interaction, the senses - feeling alive
P.s. Creaptures need you in order to stay alive.”

Exhibited at Griffin Gallery in: Drawing into Sculpture in June 2014 - ‘FACK! West London Art Prize 2013’ in June 2013.
