Blannin follows an evolving reflexive and systematic methodology which begins with objective explorations of the simple mathematics of symmetry, sequence and possible disruptions of asymmetry, but is concerned with achieving something which investigates perception, intelligibility or clarity.
Katrina Blannnin’s almost perfect geometric arrangements are as subtle in their variations as to be barely visible, and yet absolutely apparent in the balance of the work.
