The Residency:

Antoine Langenieux is the first artist to take up TFAC residency. Originally from Paris and currently a second year undergraduate at Central St. Martins in London, Antoine will be working in Studio 1 from March 21 st. Antoine and Griffin Gallery will host an Open Studio showcasing his new work at the end of his residency  April 22nd and a surgery day to be announced of work in progress.

Antoine Langenieux:

"I have made a number of small scale, abstract collages using paper, acrylic, wood and resin. I would like to use the residency to transform these into large scale paintings using mixed media such as acrylic spray, oil paint and fabric. Inspired by 60’s French Art movement Support/Surface I look to question the nature of painting and its physical structures."
